New Flint Property Group is owned and operated by visual artist and real estate investor Jason Shaltz. Jason began providing visual marketing solutions to New York City real estate firms in 2010 while building his commercial photography & video career. He started New Flint in 2015 after throwing himself into NYC’s “Wild West” AirBnB heyday. In 2019, he and his family moved to Los Angeles and further pursued the real estate industry in marketing and rental properties.

After 21 years on the coasts, his birth state of Michigan has called him back home. He enjoys family, music, horror movies and golf.
