This package is intended for 2-bedroom (or less) apartment rentals.  Property shot as-is upon arrival.

 

Luxury Package - $450
9 photographs, 2 hours on site, additional lighting
If you really want to make your pictures standout from all the rest, then our luxury package is for you.  Natural ambient light is lovely but sometimes it needs to be balanced with the lighting details of a property.  With this package we will bring our lighting kit and create high-end, magazine quality images for your listing. Includes 2-3 neighborhood photos.

Intermediate Package - $325
7 photographs, 75 minutes on site
This package allows our photographer more time to get to know the uniqueness of your property and find the angles that will create images with greater visual impact.  Property is shot as-is upon arrival.

Commercial Package - $575
6 photographs, 1 hour on site
A one-hour appointment to capture your commercial property, business, or exterior space with one of our photographers trained to get the most out of your space and capture any details needed.  Property shot as-is upon arrival.
